About the role
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of interns, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Bridge the gap between HR goals and student development by creating meaningful projects
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain relationships with educational institutions
- Develop and maintain partnerships with potential internship providers
- Coordinate and manage the internship application and selection process
- Provide support to interns during their internship, including conducting orientations and arranging housing and transportation
- Organize and lead workshops and events for interns, such as networking events and skill-building sessions
- Create and maintain internship databases, program materials, and evaluation processes
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the progress and success of the internship program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in student services or program coordination
- Experience working with college students or internships
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in internship program management
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations for internship programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
