About the role
- Oversee overall coordination and supervision of all LTCH Patient Clinics.
- Ensure delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
- Provide direct supervision to clinic staff, including Clinic Coordinators and Dental Assistants.
- Manage urgent clinical issues and support patient care planning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across clinic settings.
Requirements
- RN license required, BSN preferred.
- Previous long-term care, acute or skilled nursing experience required.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills required to work effectively with elderly patients and be responsive to their needs.
- Computer literacy required; experience with databases, Windows, Word, Excel, and databases.
- Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
