About the role
- Lead and support multiple cross-functional agile teams delivering analytics, data, and predictive capabilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and ongoing support for assigned business functions
- Ensure alignment of priorities within teams, across pods, and with business partners
- Deliver products, services, and sprints on time and within budget, with a strong focus on quality and value
- Champion modern engineering practices, including the responsible use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes
- Establish, maintain, and promote development standards, governance, and best practices across IT
- Foster a learning culture that encourages experimentation, continuous improvement, and professional growth
- Develop, coach, and inspire team members through change in a fast-evolving technology and business landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles; experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams through successful project and product delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across the organization
- Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into business value
- Comfortability working in evolving environments
- Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to model curiosity, accountability and collaboration, while balancing innovation with operational excellence
- A genuine passion for data, technology, and continuous learning
- Experience working in business roles outside of IT preferred
- Strong programming experience (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Deep knowledge of data management, analytics platforms, and modern data architectures
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to solve real-world business problems
- Advanced degree in computer science, data science, statistics, probability, or a related field
