About the role
- Own and enforce safety performance for all leak survey field operations; ensure zero tolerance for unsafe acts or conditions.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as client-specific SOPs and contractual requirements.
- Lead incident response, near-miss reporting, and corrective action execution.
- Deliver leak survey work safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all client dates and commitments.
- Plan and manage daily and weekly field operations, staffing levels, and productivity targets.
- Lead, coach, and hold Supervisors and field personnel accountable for performance, safety, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned leak survey clients.
- Manage labor, overtime, and operating expenses within approved plans and budgets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience managing field service operations, utilities, construction, or similar safety-critical environments.
- Proven experience leading field crews and frontline supervisors.
- Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and operational discipline in regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, workforce capacity, and operational risk.
- High level of accountability, judgment, and decision discipline.
- Proficiency with operational systems, reporting, and basic financial controls.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in field environments.
