Education Specialist

• This position provides case management supports that link participants to vocational and career options.
• The position also supports educational linkages, and in-program education of participants by developing and implementing curricula, providing in-program classroom like instructions for youth as needed.
• Engages in academic, recreational and physical education activities with youth.
• Provides mentorship to youth and supports linkage to GED, and vocational programs.
• Monitors and supervises program participants and ensures a safe and secure environment both on site and during off-site activities.
