About the role
- Lead all maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of packaging, blending and CIP systems
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, maintenance and shutdown scheduling, spare parts strategy
- Ensure maintenance function operates with clear and open communications
- Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget
- Manage all outsourced contractors as needed and all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering
- 10-15 years of progressive and diversified Maintenance Management with minimum of 5 years’ experience in food and beverage manufacturing
- Strong experience in Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, TPM, maintenance programs, equipment installation, and automation
- Ability to read electrical schematics, P&ID, construction drawings, and other related work documents
- Familiar with maintenance program management, CMMS, GMPs, SOP’s development
- Prior maintenance management experience
- Experience with high-speed packaging equipment required.
- Aseptic experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
