Account Manager

• Generation and takeover of Sales Qualified Leads and guidance of customers from the initial meeting through to contract signing
• Conducting independent product demos and continuously building business relationships and networks
• Delivering sales pitches and stakeholder engagement calls, primarily online and occasionally on-site
• Preparing proposals and leading negotiations on commercial, technical, and legal matters through to contract closure
• Acting as an interface between customers and the Product Team to optimally position solutions
• Conducting structured customer onboarding and training after contract signature, primarily online
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identifying upselling and expansion opportunities
