Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or a related field
6+ years working with data warehouse, business intelligence, ETL/ELT, data automation and job orchestration tools
6+ Professional experience within music publishing, production music, or a related music rights environment
6+ Direct experience working with PRO royalty data, registrations, and music metadata workflows
Experience building or supporting royalty ingestion, reconciliation, or rights tracking systems
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, secure data sharing)
Advanced proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and workflow development
Strong SQL programming skills
Experience working with Music Maestro to support music metadata, cue sheets, and registrations.
