About the role
- Own and oversee day-to-day marketing video production execution for Lifetime/LMN, working in close partnership with the Design Production team throughout the production lifecycle.
- Own macro-level budget oversight for Lifetime and LMN.
- Oversee brand-level production budget forecasting and resourcing, escalating risks proactively to the Senior Director.
- Lead and performance-manage Production Manager, Coordinator and Sr. Asset Manager, ensuring clear ownership, prioritization, and accountability.
- Partner closely with Legal, Standards & Practices, Brand, and Creative teams to navigate approvals, risk mitigation, and content handling requirements.
- Serve as the senior Lifetime/LMN operational partner to Creative, Account Management, Global Marketing, Live Action, Design Production and other key stakeholders, resolving cross-brand challenges and aligning capacity with creative ambition.
- Identify, engage and work with external vendors, to be sure teams are aligned on project and brand expectations, legal requirements, and delivery standards.
- Continuously refine workflows and processes to improve efficiency while maintaining rigor around sensitive material.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing production, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and drive accountability through structure, clarity, and expectation-setting.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort interfacing with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget oversight, resource planning, and operational risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously without loss of rigor or discretion.
- Deep understanding of post-production workflows, formats, platforms, and delivery requirements sufficient to guide teams and evaluate decisions.
- Experience optimizing workflows and implementing scalable operational processes.
- Strong working knowledge of Airtable or comparable project management tools used to manage post-production workflows.
