About the role
- Deliver against annual RWE revenue targets.
- Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, opportunity shaping, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across priority segments.
- Build and expand executive-level relationships within pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
- Identify unmet evidence needs and align Healwell AI’s RWE capabilities to client strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Sciences Team to ensure commercial proposals align with scientific delivery plans.
- Ensure seamless transition from sales to RWE Delivery Team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Real-World Evidence, HEOR, life sciences consulting, CRO, healthcare analytics, or related commercial roles.
- Demonstrated success owning full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong existing relationships within pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies preferred.
- Experience selling complex evidence or analytics solutions.
- Familiarity working within healthcare regulatory environments.
