About the role
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and requestors
- Meet daily goal of 85 calls per day
- Assist clients with status of requests via phone call
- Ensure accurate notes in Med-Release
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Reprocess orders and obtain missing information
- Perform data entry and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong follow-up and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of Customer Service/ Call Center experience preferred
