About the role

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and requestors
  • Meet daily goal of 85 calls per day
  • Assist clients with status of requests via phone call
  • Ensure accurate notes in Med-Release
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Reprocess orders and obtain missing information
  • Perform data entry and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of Customer Service/ Call Center experience preferred
