4+ years engineering experience with strong product instincts
You've built products from scratch, not just maintained existing ones
Strong frontend skills (React/TypeScript) and comfortable building APIs
You talk to users and translate insights into shipped features
You find the 90/10 - cut scope ruthlessly to ship fast
Comfortable with ambiguity - you figure out what to build, not just how
Experience with healthcare, clinical workflows, or EHRs (Nice to have)
Background in early-stage startups or 0-to-1 product work (Nice to have)
You've worked directly with end users to shape product direction (Nice to have)
