• Generate new client introductions, particularly to hospital and health system CFOs, CMOs, CMIOs, COOs, CQOs, clinical departments' leadership, and other hospital stakeholders.
• Exhibit the diligence to generate new health system introductions beyond those generated through corporate processes.
• Progressing complex opportunities with many stakeholders to close business. This includes identifying champion(s), prospect's needs, and connection to strategic priorities, budget, approval, ROI, and timeline.
• Develop account plans and maintain senior peer relationships with prospects.
• Work with the CCO and/or the CEO, in addition to the prospect to receive, address, and contract (including redlines), leading to signature.
• Transition newly signed clients internally to ensure timeline implementation and go-live.
• Maintain relationships with new signed clients, partnering with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction, supporting and managing both customer expansion and upsells.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline every day in HealthLeap’s CRM (Salesforce). Since HealthLeap uses its pipeline tool to communicate all client and prospect activities across the operations and leadership teams, real-time pipeline hygiene is essential.

• Deploy new hospitals: site-to-site VPNs, networking, container services, data pipelines
• Build reliable data infrastructure that ingests, transforms, and serves data at scale (S3, Iceberg, Spark, Dagster, Airflow)
• Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize models and get them running reliably at scale
• Own AWS infrastructure: multi-account orgs, ECS/EKS, Terraform, networking
• Set up observability: monitoring, alerting, logging that actually helps debug issues

• Own the HealthLeap brand end-to-end. Website, sales decks, investor materials, candidate decks, social presence.
• Design the product clinicians use every morning. Dashboard, workflows, data visualization.
• Build the design system. Components, patterns, guidelines that scale as the team grows.
• Work directly with the CEO on sales materials and the CTO on product.
• Turn complex clinical and statistical data into clear, actionable visuals.
• Hire and mentor designers when the team grows. For now, you're the team.

Full-stack Engineer

• Own features end-to-end - from UI to API to database
• Build complex feature flag systems for multi-tenant hospital deployments
• Wrangle messy clinical data - turning unstructured text into structured, usable information
• Work on the explainability problem: surfacing *why* a patient scored high, not just the score
• Help clinicians find in seconds what currently takes them hours buried in charts

Full Stack Engineer

• Talk to hospital CMOs, CFOs, and clinicians to understand which conditions hurt most
• Decide which disease state we tackle next - and own that decision
• Design and build the product for that condition, end-to-end
• Figure out how to surface the right information at the right time using LLMs
• Ship something in weeks, learn, iterate - not months of planning
• Define what "good" looks like when there's no playbook

• Build data pipelines that process millions of patient records daily
• Parse 50,000+ clinical notes per patient using LLMs - without hallucinating
• Integrate with hospital EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) - notoriously difficult, poorly documented
• Own infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes - deploy it, monitor it, fix it when it breaks
• Design systems for high concurrency and reliability - clinicians depend on this every morning
