About the role

  • Build and configure technical components for digital health platforms, clinical workflows, AI integrations, and system connections.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance clinical product functionality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and clinical teams to translate clinical requirements and patient needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Design and maintain technical configurations for clinical decision support systems, triage algorithms, and patient-facing digital tools.
  • Maintain and optimise existing technical configurations to ensure performance, reliability, and clinical safety.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly while considering clinical impact and patient safety implications.
  • Document technical processes, configurations, and clinical product specifications for internal knowledge sharing and regulatory compliance.
  • Support testing and quality assurance for new features, and clinical product updates, ensuring they meet both technical and clinical standards.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare security standards, data protection regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR), and clinical governance requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and digital health innovations to continuously improve product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with experience in software configuration, system integration, or clinical product development.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI applications in healthcare, automation, and emerging health technologies.
  • Knowledge of digital health principles and understanding of clinical workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically about clinical and technical challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and patient safety.
