About the role
- Lead and oversee the daily operations and activities of the team
- Ensure timely support and resolution on system requests/inquiries raised by employees
- Manage the reporting catalog in partnership with HRSS and People Analytics
- Partner with People Analytics, CBT and HRSS for data governance alignment
- Manage and maintain the EIB mass upload process in Workday
- Liaise with CBT and HR SMEs on requirements interpretation and configuration
- Inform and encourage technology enhancements with HR stakeholders
- Proactively identify processes and technology opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- 7+ years HR technology / HRIS / integration experience
- Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
- Experience with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong technical knowledge of HR technology
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Prior Human Resources experience in areas like HR operations, employment administration, customer services, training coordination, or acting in an HR generalist capacity
