About the role

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations and activities of the team
  • Ensure timely support and resolution on system requests/inquiries raised by employees
  • Manage the reporting catalog in partnership with HRSS and People Analytics
  • Partner with People Analytics, CBT and HRSS for data governance alignment
  • Manage and maintain the EIB mass upload process in Workday
  • Liaise with CBT and HR SMEs on requirements interpretation and configuration
  • Inform and encourage technology enhancements with HR stakeholders
  • Proactively identify processes and technology opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • 7+ years HR technology / HRIS / integration experience
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
  • Experience with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of HR technology
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  • Prior Human Resources experience in areas like HR operations, employment administration, customer services, training coordination, or acting in an HR generalist capacity
