💰 $103,400 - $149,430 per year
About the role
- Manage small to large enterprise-level projects with moderate to high risk and interdependencies
- Support projects of major complexity as part of a program team
- Work collaboratively with Sales & Retention and Enterprise Delivery Services teams
- Ensure strategy and business needs are effectively communicated to delivery partners
- Manage project execution, resource deployment, and overall coordination efforts
- Create and maintain detailed project plans based on delivery methodology
- Tailor specific project management techniques to each assignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- Industry work experience in healthcare such as hospital, managed or long-term care, insurance, government or other healthcare agency
- Experience managing cross-functional projects that yielded meaningful results
- Experience engaging and communicating with key stakeholders including senior-level leadership
- Experience with project change management, portfolio risk management, project communication management and organization change management
