Responsible for developing, implementing, and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) models and systems
Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems
Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to be used for training AI models
Select appropriate machine learning algorithms
Integrate AI models into existing systems or develop new systems to deploy AI solutions
Continuously optimize AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning
Work closely with data scientists, data and software engineers, and other stakeholders
Create detailed documentation for AI models, processes, and systems
Deploy AI models into production and monitor their performance over time
Ensure AI models are developed and deployed ethically, considering potential biases and fairness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
minimum of four or more years related experience
Proven experience working with Gen AI/ML models and integrating API’s, SDK’s and applications that utilize AI/ML
Proven experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions
Demonstrated experience with NLP techniques, Prompt Engineering, and a strong understanding of LLMs
Strong programming skills in Python (required), Java (preferred)
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
Strong familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI.
