Manager

• Responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and management of information technology assets which support the company’s operations.
• Manage enterprise-wide projects and oversee the work of technical staff engaged in system design, development, and maintenance activities in order to provide project oversight, support, and coordination.
• Responsible for the daily management and monitoring of the computing environment, ensuring 24x7 high availability, reliability, and capacity.
• Lead team in the implementation of enterprise-class system, hybrid-cloud, databases, physical and virtual server infrastructure, and monitoring tools.
• Manage IT Services staff, providing direction, coaching and professional development.

• Collaborates with Product Owners, Stakeholders, Solutions Architects, Data Architects, and delivery teams to translate software requirements and maintain the Business Process Architecture
• Documents, facilitates agreement on, publishes, and maintains business process models using BPMN or similar standards
• Performs research and analysis across requirement types (Business, Functional, Non-functional, Transitional) throughout the Product Development Lifecycle
• Participates in Communities of Practice; adheres to established group standards and processes
• Coaches other Business Systems Analysts and assists Senior/Principal BSAs as needed

• Support internal business partners by designing, developing, delivering, maintaining, and evaluating continuous learning programs for internal (and external as needed) learners
• Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual training, microlearning, job aids, videos, and blended programs
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into learner-centered solutions using gamification, social learning, microlearning, AI tools

• Responsible for operating and pharmacy accounts payable processing.\n• Processes AP invoices via Concur; responds to vendor requests; maintains pharmacy information.\n• Processes weekly AP batches for the check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments.\n• Reviews source details from operating invoices, employee expense reports, Wells Fargo corporate credit cards or pharmacy.\n• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports.\n• Assists with Vendor Maintenance; 835/EOB maintenance and Pharmacy Hierarchy upkeep.\n• Assists in providing support for audit requests or other ad hoc requests.\n• Checks incoming mail received at the corporate office (Tampa, FL) and distributes the mail to the appropriate departments. Complies with agreed upon document retention procedures to ensure proper access and safe keeping of financial records is maintained.
