collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master
translate software requirements into user stories
serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
provide analytical leadership and mentor other analysts
handle complex and high-impact work
perform requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping
manage product backlog and support Agile execution
facilitate meetings and lead refinement sessions
provide ongoing support during testing and implementation
engage with key business and technical stakeholders

mentor newer analysts and lead complex projects
engage in strategic planning and provide insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university
six to eight years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
hands-on experience with Appian
experience supporting initiatives that incorporate AI-enabled features, automation, decisioning, or analytics
hands-on experience with process mapping
understanding of SQL (Depends on assignment)
sense of urgency
analytical thinking and problem solving
effective communication skills
ability to facilitate meetings and work collaboratively
stakeholder analysis
modeling skills
documentation and specification skills
adaptability
conflict resolution.
