About the role

  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges
  • Provide tools, training, and resources to help them effectively execute the go-to-market strategy
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to develop data-driven action plans
  • Plan, deliver, and manage commercial projects and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a commercial/revenue/sales operations, analytics, process improvement, or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to innovate and streamline processes
  • Experience with GTM strategies, sales processes, and automation tools
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
