Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits plan design, compliance, and administration in the U.S.
- Expert knowledge of U.S. health, retirement, and leave programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG) and benefits administration tools (BenefitFocus, ADP).
