Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits plan design, compliance, and administration in the U.S.
  • Expert knowledge of U.S. health, retirement, and leave programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG) and benefits administration tools (BenefitFocus, ADP).
