Business Development Rep

• Support our sales team with day-to-day operations, campaign creation, and strategic outreach to drive growth
• Keep stakeholders accountable through regular follow-ups and proactively reach out to new prospects
• Design targeted lead campaigns and identify new business opportunities with a focus on data-driven experimentation
• Represent HealthCaters both digitally and in-person at events, trade shows, and conferences
• Continuously identify and propose new opportunities for expansion and innovation
• Ensure the efficiency of our sales processes and accurately integrate sales data into our internal knowledge management
• Conduct customer interviews as needed to collect insights
