About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform venous blood collection as part of workplace health screening events
- Provide friendly guidance and support to participants throughout the screening process
- Provide brief, easy-to-understand explanations of the measurements performed and the health indicators collected, within your professional scope of practice
- Support the delivery of additional health screening stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses, or lung function tests
- Ensure a hygienic, professional, and well-organised on-site process
- Prepare and clean the working area and required materials before and after each assignment
- Collaborate closely with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events
- Document relevant procedures in accordance with internal quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed nursing qualification or healthcare-related degree officially recognised in Switzerland
- Alternatively, another recognised healthcare qualification, provided you are legally authorised to perform venous blood collection in Switzerland
- Practical experience in performing venous blood collection safely and independently
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional manner
- Confidence and enthusiasm when interacting with a wide range of people
- Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong awareness of hygiene, quality, and data protection requirements
- Willingness to travel to one-day or multi-day assignments at corporate client locations
- A valid driving licence is considered an advantage but is not mandatory
- Fluency in German, French, or Italian, depending on the assignment location
- Good English skills are considered an advantage
- Previous experience in health screenings, preventive healthcare, occupational health, or corporate health events is considered an advantage
