About the role
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for the assigned territory;
- Increase territory sales and market share;
- Differentiate Health Meds as a leader in its field, reinforcing our purpose.
- Implement business plans and drive the achievement of sales targets for the assigned territory, accounts, or therapeutic areas;
- Execute sales promotion plans for customers and stakeholders, delivering the right promotion to the right customer with the right message and appropriate frequency;
- Adapt and optimize approach and communication styles during sales promotions;
- Make effective use of available technologies and channels to engage customers with appropriate promotion of Health Meds products;
- Use available tools and resources productively;
- Monitor market trends, identifying customer needs and competitor movements;
- Work within Integrity & Compliance policies and all company policies, and ensure others around you do the same;
- Help ensure a diverse and inclusive environment, free from all forms of discrimination and harassment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Valid driver's license (CNH);
- Reside in Campinas or the surrounding region.
- Intermediate English;
- Solid professional experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry;
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Experience with high-cost/specialty medications;
- Strong professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
