About the role

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for the assigned territory;
  • Increase territory sales and market share;
  • Differentiate Health Meds as a leader in its field, reinforcing our purpose.
  • Implement business plans and drive the achievement of sales targets for the assigned territory, accounts, or therapeutic areas;
  • Execute sales promotion plans for customers and stakeholders, delivering the right promotion to the right customer with the right message and appropriate frequency;
  • Adapt and optimize approach and communication styles during sales promotions;
  • Make effective use of available technologies and channels to engage customers with appropriate promotion of Health Meds products;
  • Use available tools and resources productively;
  • Monitor market trends, identifying customer needs and competitor movements;
  • Work within Integrity & Compliance policies and all company policies, and ensure others around you do the same;
  • Help ensure a diverse and inclusive environment, free from all forms of discrimination and harassment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Valid driver's license (CNH);
  • Reside in Campinas or the surrounding region.
  • Intermediate English;
  • Solid professional experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Experience with high-cost/specialty medications;
  • Strong professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
