About the role
- Perform duties at the Telephone Inquiry Desk and Back Office
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls
- Direct inquiries and use Public Address Systems
- Maintain directories and records of phone lists
- Make emergency announcements
Requirements
- Six (6) months related experience or customer service experience as a direct contact
- Fluently bilingual in both English and French
- Ability to work in a Windows operating environment
- Keyboarding speed: 35 wpm
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to adapt to stressful situations
