About the role
- Provides leadership and oversight of the Pharmacy function that supports Medicaid & Individual Markets
- Partners with appropriate parties to support health care delivery coordination
- Leads efforts related to operational and cost efficiency, product design, pricing, sales strategy and revenue optimization
Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist
- Pharmacy degree (Phar.D. or Bachelor)
- 15 years’ experience in a Pharmacy environment
- 12 years of managerial experience in a Pharmacy environment
- Leadership skills to lead diverse operations
- Data analytical skills including developing reports and tools
- Experience developing and facilitating presentations to upper management
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a position involving a high degree of self-direction
- Negotiation skills
- PC proficiency in Microsoft applications and pharmacy databases
