About the role
- Plan, manage and execute strategic plans to drive Treasury & Payments Solutions growth
- Attract, lead, develop, coach, and manage a team of Treasury & Payment Solutions professionals globally
- Create alignment within Global Transaction Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, and Global Markets teams
- Act as a liaison for Capital Markets with the TPS Product and Corporate Treasury team
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Treasury & Payment Solutions, Corporate and/or Investment Banking
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep experience negotiating and structuring cash management, corporate cards and liquidity transactions
- Proven track record in managerial leadership and client relationship management
- Ability to plan, manage, execute, and hold teams accountable
