Security Analyst

• Actively contributes to Compliance, Privacy & Ethics program activities and supports implementation of all elements of an effective compliance program.
• Provides ongoing support to the Vice President & Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer and department staff in carrying out assigned functions, work plans, and departmental goals.
• Conducts and/or assists with internal audits, continuous monitoring, and annual and routine risk assessments to evaluate compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies and for process improvement.
• Supports external audits and assessments (e.g., HIPAA, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS), including evidence collection, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up on remediation activities.
• Reviews and analyzes data trends, systems, tools, applications, and controls to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Supports the development, revision, and promotion of privacy, security, and compliance training and awareness initiatives across the District (e.g., cybersecurity, phishing, privacy education).
• Develops, revises, and implements privacy and security policies, procedures, and standards, including lifecycle oversight.

Data Privacy & Security Analyst

Manager

• Provides supervision, guidance and direction to the assigned team daily;
• Train, coach, and mentor to improve the quality of student outcomes;
• Collaborate to ensure coordinated delivery of the school health services;
• Integrate continuous quality and performance improvement process in daily activities.
• Provides oversight, compliance and direction on the delegation of nursing tasks to certified nursing assistants acting as unlicensed Assistive Personnel;
• Ensures non-delegated tasks are completed by the registered nurse.
• Actively participates in meetings and conference calls with the School District of Palm Beach County, Health Department and other community partners, representing the Health Care District's School Health Program.
• Maintains compliance with regulations, statutes, and nursing practices by writing and updating policies, procedures and protocols;
• Enforces staff adherence with training, competencies and assessments.
• Maintains school health staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training;
• Evaluates employees through established criteria and competencies;
• Ensures health rooms are appropriately staffed;
• Occasionally visits health rooms to ensure nursing standards of practice and specific health room procedures are met.
• Analyzes trends, incidents and reports of heath room volumes, support center calls, audit results and quality data to identify corrective action, risks and training improvement opportunities;

• Recommends and implements changes based on an assessment of recurring parent complaints.

IT Support

• Support and maintain enterprise telecommunications systems including VoIP, call routing, voicemail, contact center technologies, and unified communications platforms.
• Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot AV systems for conference rooms, boardrooms, training spaces, digital signage, and other collaboration environments.
• Manage and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, conferencing systems, cameras, microphones, speakers, wireless presentation systems, and associated AV hardware/software.
• Coordinate installation and maintenance activities with vendors, facilities teams, and external contractors.
• Support overhead paging systems, emergency communication systems, and integrated communication technologies.
