About the role
- Manage employment verifications, background checks, and reference checks
- Serve as a subject matter expert on system functionality and processes
- Build and foster relationships with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, employees and applicants
- Manage ATS system (Workday) for all job postings
- Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers
- Prepare and maintain KPIs and reports
- Accurately create and manage new employee personnel files
- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates
- Conduct interactions with candidates in a timely, professional manner
- Manage multiple positions as well as small to large-scale hiring initiatives
- Strategize with stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Develop recruiting strategies including market, industry, and labor data
- Engage potential candidates through multiple channels
- Engage in related ATS process improvement initiatives
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Analytics
- Familiarity with multiple ATS systems, Workday preferred
- Proficiency with tools and processes that support functional work
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
