About the role

  • Manage employment verifications, background checks, and reference checks
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on system functionality and processes
  • Build and foster relationships with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, employees and applicants
  • Manage ATS system (Workday) for all job postings
  • Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers
  • Prepare and maintain KPIs and reports
  • Accurately create and manage new employee personnel files
  • Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates
  • Conduct interactions with candidates in a timely, professional manner
  • Manage multiple positions as well as small to large-scale hiring initiatives
  • Strategize with stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Develop recruiting strategies including market, industry, and labor data
  • Engage potential candidates through multiple channels
  • Engage in related ATS process improvement initiatives
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related field or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Analytics
  • Familiarity with multiple ATS systems, Workday preferred
  • Proficiency with tools and processes that support functional work
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
