About the role
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition for various teams — from our R&D products to Admin — driving hiring strategy from kick-off through to final decisions in partnership with hiring managers.
- Shape exceptional candidate experiences that build lasting relationships and elevate the employer brand.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes, enhance decision-making, and improve the quality of hire.
- Lead strategic talent initiatives beyond core recruiting, including process innovation and new sourcing methodologies.
- Coach hiring managers to strengthen their interviewing, evaluation, and candidate engagement capabilities.
- Represent and promote Headway Inc externally through job fairs, industry events, and talent attraction activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years in end-to-end talent acquisition: full-cycle recruitment experience, owning the entire hiring process from intake to offer acceptance.
- Versatile hiring expertise: Consistent success in attracting and closing high-caliber technical and non-technical talent at all organizational levels.
- Metrics-driven approach: Advanced proficiency in recruitment analytics, data interpretation, and leveraging insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Sourcing mastery: Expertise in creative, proactive sourcing methodologies and cutting-edge tools to build talent pipelines.
- Strategic business partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, collaborating closely to define talent strategies that support business goals.
- Continuous improvement mindset: Embrace complexity and change with intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
