About the role
- Deliver engaging, high-quality virtual and in-person training experiences for strategic enterprise clients and partners, with the goal of driving Headspace adoption and employee engagement.
- Facilitate sessions on mental health and well-being topics with confidence, care, and credibility, reflected in consistent positive client feedback.
- Support client launches, key meetings, and high-impact moments as a trusted facilitator and thought partner.
- Support with cross-functional event coordination for strategic accounts and events.
- Drive and evolve Headspace’s Champions and Community programs, developing products and experiences that engage champions and leaders within client organizations.
- Own the day-to-day experience of the Client Admin Community, including moderation, programming, forums, meetups, and events.
- Act as a consultative partner to enterprise clients, helping shape engagement strategies and recommending relevant training and community experiences.
- Partner closely with the Client Success team to support high-impact and higher-complexity enterprise accounts, contributing to long-term client success and reduced risk.
- Create new and update existing Headspace training content in response to client feedback, business needs, and team strategy.
- Support training and engagement projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional partners to solve challenges and build scalable solutions.
- Design net-new trainings and engagement products from a blank slate, aligned with Headspace’s brand, voice, and design principles.
- Support the training and ongoing development of Headspace’s internal and external facilitator network.
- Contribute to strategic team initiatives as priorities evolve, which may include building new engagement products, improving processes, supporting data analysis, or enabling internal teams.
- Commit to ongoing personal and professional development, including continued learning in mental health, facilitation, and Headspace content.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning, training, or engagement experiences for enterprise audiences.
- Strong public-speaking and facilitation skills across virtual and in-person settings, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging, thoughtful, and psychologically safe learning experiences around mental health and well-being.
- A creative and curious approach to facilitation and learning design, with a track record of continually improving experiences based on feedback, insight, and experimentation.
- Experience partnering with external stakeholders, including large organizations and teams such as HR, People, Learning, or Wellness (or equivalent functions).
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with comfort taking initiative, improving processes, and balancing speed with care, quality, and user-centered decision-making.
- A genuine commitment to improving workplace well-being and mental health, and the ability to communicate this purpose in a clear, authentic, and engaging way.
- Domestic and international travel may be required for this role. A valid passport/visa is required.
- Given the client-facing delivery aspect of this role, occasional early morning deliveries (6-7am EST) and evening (9-10pm EST) may be expected.
