Product Manager

• Define the business outcomes for every tool HQ builds.
• Determine the “build vs. integrate” strategy for each module in the cannabis tech stack.
• Prioritize competing internal initiatives and maintain a single source of truth for what gets built, why, and in what order.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, BD, and delivery teams to ensure each release ties directly to client impact (revenue, SG&A reduction, AR acceleration, inventory accuracy, etc.).
• Lead product discovery across the entire cannabis ecosystem—understanding where Dutchie, Hoodie, Metrc, and other cannatech players begin and end, and where HQ should fill the gaps.

Accountant

• Manage and monitor Accounts Payable Management, Payroll Processing, Expense & Accrual Accounting, Month-End Close and Reconciliations.
• Review and monitor purchase requests, invoices, and workflow approvals ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Record and reconcile payroll transactions for employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage payroll-related accruals, monitor and track expenses, reconcile accrual accounts, and adjust entries as needed.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for accounts related to AP, payroll, and accruals; perform flux analysis to identify and explain significant variations in financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Procurement, and Operations) to resolve outstanding financial matters and ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements in accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting; implement best practices and automation to improve efficiency.

Senior Accountant

Accounts Payable

• Process and manage incoming vendor invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Facilitate payment approvals and execute payments via various methods.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with vendors.
• Streamline accounts payable processes and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of payment reports for management review.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and issues.

Data Entry

• Enter and update large volumes of product and vendor data (names, pricing, SKUs, invoices, menus, attributes, etc.) into spreadsheets and systems with high accuracy.
• Cross-check and reconcile information between Google Sheets, POS/ERP platforms (e.g., Treez, Dutchie), and other databases.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all records (naming conventions, image links, METRC alignment, etc.).
• Support quality assurance (QA) on product menus across multiple retail stores.
• Standardize vendor submissions and templates to support onboarding of new products and projects.
• Assist with bulk updates, including product descriptions, images, and attribute tagging.
• Follow clear SOPs, communicate updates or discrepancies with stakeholders, and provide feedback to improve processes.

Data Entry Associate

Learning and Development

• Design, execute, and iterate learning programs aligned to HQ’s strategic goals, covering both professional and leadership development.
• Own our LMS: configuration, course creation, assignments, reporting, adoption/engagement tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Create and curate hands-on learning assets (videos, guides, interactive modules) using modern instructional design methods.
• Launch, track, and optimize initiatives to drive participation, completion, and measurable skill/behavior change.
• Evaluate effectiveness using feedback, KPIs/OKRs, and data analytics (e.g., assessments, on-the-job outcomes).
• Partner with managers to diagnose learning needs and build development plans that enable internal mobility and performance.
• Lead the rollout and follow-up of HQ’s Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey; analyze results and propose actionable engagement strategies.
• Design and execute initiatives such as virtual and in-person team-building activities, icebreakers, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives that foster belonging and motivation.
• Partner with leadership to reinforce HQ’s values across communication, events, and recognition efforts.
• Support HRIS updates, documentation, and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate on HR policy updates and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Oversee the learning and culture components of onboarding and ensure consistent employee experience.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries when needed.
• Identify and propose improvements to enhance learning & development and HR processes.
