About the role

  • Client Impact: Collaborate with Account and Growth teams to deliver creative strategies that drive measurable results for high-growth apps and consumer tech brands.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign performance metrics, distill insights, and translate data into actionable creative testing roadmaps.
  • Creative Coordination: Partner closely with designers to concept, brief, and produce ad creative that scales across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Copywriting: Write high-converting ad copy across social, search, and display campaigns with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and brand alignment.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of cultural trends, competitive landscapes, and category insights to inspire fresh creative strategies.
  • Platform Expertise: Develop strategies tailored to the nuances of major platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in performance creative strategy, copywriting, or growth marketing.
  • Strong portfolio of ad copy and creative strategy work.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable interpreting performance data and making creative recommendations.
  • In-platform experience with all major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Experience in apps or consumer tech highly preferred.
  • Familiarity working within detailed brand guidelines and design systems
  • Ability to speak the language of both brand and performance marketing stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented.
