About the role
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within organizations.
- Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and networking to qualify leads.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate meetings and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience, business development, or a similar role.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
- A proactive approach to developing new business.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
