About the role
- Handle weekly bookkeeping tasks: data entry, posting transactions, reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable, including creating and sending customer invoices
- Support inventory accounting: review item costs, adjustments, and stock accuracy
- Enter vendor bills and assist with accounts payable
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records in Business Central
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close tasks

Requirements
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central - MANDATORY
- Knowledge of inventory processes, costing, and adjustments
- Experience with invoicing and AR tracking
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience writing procedures and training guides an advantage
