About the role
- Leads the design and management of all components of organizational Talent Acquisition Programs
- Collaborates with human resources partners, talent acquisition, and hiring managers
- Evaluates and deploys engagement initiatives for recruitment and diversity initiatives
- Provides creative solutions to engage talent throughout all phases of programs
- Partners with brand and creative team to develop marketing materials
- Conducts research to identify industry trends and assess the competitive landscape
- Assists with engagement events and activities to support talent acquisition programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- 3+ years experience as a Program Specialist or experience with Corporate Internships, DEI, or Talent Programs
- Certification is required in some areas
