About the role
- Responsible for maintaining and driving MRO sales for Hospitality accounts.
- Consistent day travel in the Fort Myers to Naples territory to see customers.
- Develops and maintains strong sales relationships with key decision makers.
- Manages sales volume with existing customers while prospecting for new ones.
- Shares market insights and competitor information with relevant teams.
- Collaborates with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Attends monthly business meetings and engages in local trade shows.
Requirements
- Direct sales to Hospitality customers.
- 3 or more years business to business (B2B) sales experience.
- Passion for customer service.
- Organizational skills and tech-savvy.
- CRM experience- Salesforce or other.
- Knowledge in facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC product lines.
- Experience with consultative selling/solution selling.
- Able to develop call plans and proactively develop new business.
- Able to learn new techniques and open to new ideas.
- Must reside within the territory (Fort Myers/Naples area).
- Bilingual is a plus.
