About the role

  • Responsible for maintaining and driving MRO sales for Hospitality accounts.
  • Consistent day travel in the Fort Myers to Naples territory to see customers.
  • Develops and maintains strong sales relationships with key decision makers.
  • Manages sales volume with existing customers while prospecting for new ones.
  • Shares market insights and competitor information with relevant teams.
  • Collaborates with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Attends monthly business meetings and engages in local trade shows.

Requirements

  • Direct sales to Hospitality customers.
  • 3 or more years business to business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Organizational skills and tech-savvy.
  • CRM experience- Salesforce or other.
  • Knowledge in facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC product lines.
  • Experience with consultative selling/solution selling.
  • Able to develop call plans and proactively develop new business.
  • Able to learn new techniques and open to new ideas.
  • Must reside within the territory (Fort Myers/Naples area).
  • Bilingual is a plus.
