About the role

  • responsible for selling MRO supplies and other products to multi-family housing customers
  • maintain and drive sales with an established portfolio
  • prospect new accounts and retain existing ones
  • increase opportunities with existing customers
  • manage sales volume and expand customer base

Requirements

  • 3 or more years business to business (B2B) field sales experience
  • Direct sales to Multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers
  • Large volume of product lines experience
  • Organizational skills and knowledge of handheld technology
  • Knowledge of facilities products (hardware, electrical, lighting, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM
  • Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
