About the role
- responsible for selling MRO supplies and other products to multi-family housing customers
- maintain and drive sales with an established portfolio
- prospect new accounts and retain existing ones
- increase opportunities with existing customers
- manage sales volume and expand customer base
- develop and implement plans to expand business presence
Requirements
- 3 or more years business to business (B2B) field sales experience
- Direct sales to Multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers
- Large volume of product lines experience
- Organizational skills and knowledge of handheld technology
- Knowledge of facilities products (hardware, electrical, lighting, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM
- Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
