About the role
- Gain insight into and actively participate in the entire recruiting process — from clarifying hiring needs to onboarding
- Help craft, optimize and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Learn and apply Active Sourcing via XING and LinkedIn to proactively approach suitable candidates
- Assist with screening, evaluating and creating structured shortlists in the applicant management process
- Support coordination and scheduling of interviews
- Communicate directly with candidates throughout the entire candidate experience
- Contribute to the maintenance and further development of our digital applicant management system (ATS)
- Take part in expanding our employer branding (e.g., social media, careers page, university outreach)
- Be involved in HR projects and help optimize internal recruiting processes
Requirements
- Enrolled university student from the 3rd semester onward, e.g., Business Administration (HR focus), Business Psychology, HR Management, Human Resource Management, Law/Labor Law or a comparable program
- Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and modern recruiting methods
- Ideally first practical insights into recruiting, HR or personnel work — not required
- Interest in digital tools, HR software or recruiting platforms
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- High level of discretion and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
