• Gain insight into and actively participate in the entire recruiting process — from clarifying hiring needs to onboarding
• Help craft, optimize and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms
• Learn and apply Active Sourcing via XING and LinkedIn to proactively approach suitable candidates
• Assist with screening, evaluating and creating structured shortlists in the applicant management process
• Support coordination and scheduling of interviews
• Communicate directly with candidates throughout the entire candidate experience
• Contribute to the maintenance and further development of our digital applicant management system (ATS)
• Take part in expanding our employer branding (e.g., social media, careers page, university outreach)
• Be involved in HR projects and help optimize internal recruiting processes

Public Relations

• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns, including independent management of client engagements
• Participation in the planning and execution of annual financial statement audits
• Contribution to interesting special assignments such as company valuations, MaBV audits (audits under the German MaBV regulation) and packaging compliance audits

Audit Assistant (m/f/d)

• You independently audit financial statements of small and medium-sized clients across a wide range of industries, and conduct audits of larger clients’ financial statements and consolidated financial statements together with a partner.
• You have assistants available whom you instruct and coordinate.
• Together you monitor the substantive workflow, formalities, deadlines and your budget.
• You tailor your audit approach, checklists and audit program (AP-Comfort) individually to the requirements, client size and client structure.
• You document processes, test them for effectiveness and audit the internal control system in accordance with legal requirements.
• You act as a sparring partner for your clients, who can fully rely on your commitment, reliability and tailored advice.
• If interested, you can perform special audits, e.g. energy law audits, packaging compliance audits, MABV audits (Broker and Developer Ordinance), and you are welcome to contribute to sustainability reporting.
• You work approximately half of your time in the office and the other half at client sites (overnight stays limited to a maximum of 10%).
