Analyst

• Setting and applying the right valuation methodology as the portfolio evolves and new asset types are onboarded
• Running the end-to-end process with third-party valuation agents, keeping it rigorous and on schedule
• Being the go-to person for valuation queries from fund auditors, AIFMs and investors conducting due diligence
• Maintaining the fair value hierarchy (levelling) and preparing sensitivity analysis for audited financial statements
• Owning the production of quarterly Valuation Committee materials and overseeing Level 1 and Level 2 valuations
• Keeping fund valuation policy and procedures current and fit for purpose
• Working closely with deal teams, Portfolio Monitoring, Finance and Operations - your work sits at the centre of Hayfin

Valuation Analyst

• Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing and due diligence materials, including pitch books, PPMs and DDQs, maintaining a consistently high standard of quality and accuracy
• Build a strong understanding of Hayfin’s strategies, investments and market positioning to support effective investor communication
• Support fundraising processes end-to-end, coordinating inputs across teams and ensuring timely delivery against key milestones
• Produce clear, well-structured analysis on fund structures, investor requirements and market dynamics to inform product positioning
• Partner closely with investment, legal, finance and operations teams to deliver accurate and commercially relevant client materials
• Support the delivery of investor communications, including responses to due diligence and ad hoc information requests, in a timely and professional manner
