Requirements
- Strong academic record (GPA of 3.5+). We strongly encourage applicants who have demonstrated improvement over time to apply as well
- A bachelor’s degree or more from a 4-year institution.
- A data-driven problem solver and strong critical thinker
- Interest in learning more about Biopharma, US healthcare systems, and the life sciences industry
- An innate curiosity to learn and grow and a passion for solving quantitative and qualitative problems creatively
- Team-oriented individual who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively and keen to communicate with teammates
- Eager to learn, practice, and lead data analyses using the following tools: SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Driven and adventurous, ready to take risks and use previous experiences and unique perspectives to grow Hayden
- Ability to travel as needed (0-10% on average)
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (Tues/Wed/Thurs in office | Mon/Fri remote)
