About the role
- Drive the growth by identifying, segmenting, engaging, and converting new qualified enterprise prospects into paying customers according to a quota
- Serve as a subject matter expert in community-based clinical trials
- Collaborate with the commercial and clinical operations teams throughout the sales process from lead to post-sales support
- Excite our customers in how we are transforming the way clinical trials are conducted in the patient’s home and community
- Partner with Project Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities within current accounts
- Respond to RFI’s and RFP’s that illustrate Hawthorne Health’s unique value prop
- Be a trusted partner to the product team. Relay customer, sales and market insights, to help inform product roadmap decisions and strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful enterprise Sales or Business Development selling to pharma and biotech clinical operations decision makers
- Strong understanding of clinical trials with pharmaceutical / medical device companies
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to show value and explain new technology in clear, easy to understand terms to executives
- Solid understanding of enterprise business models and ecosystems
- Expertise in acquiring new business, account development, and organizational excellence
- Strong track record achieving annual growth targets
- Self-starter who can own projects from start to finish with minimal guidance
- Experience using prospecting tools, including CRM
- Experience working with diverse remote teams and clients
- Deep understanding of clinical trials with pharmaceutical / medical device companies is greatly preferred but not required
- Great collaborator with willingness & drive to help teammates to succeed
- Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to pick up and lead new projects
