About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects, including new product development, system integrations, and enhancements to our technical tools and infrastructure.
  • Create a project environment that empowers teams to perform at their best while anticipating and mitigating risks.
  • Track and communicate project timelines effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned with company priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and TechOps teams to coordinate the development process.
  • Help to ensure that product development activity is efficient, effective and in line with the companies strategic direction.
  • Work closely with elite sports organisations and our internal teams of skilled professionals to execute impactful projects.
  • Be the go-to expert on project management best practices, guiding projects from ideation through to execution.
  • Adapt quickly in a reactive environment, assessing impacts and proposing solutions to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to enhance project efficiency and measure the success of outcomes.

  • Have a proven track record of delivering and leading cross-functional technical projects to tight deadlines.
  • Possess strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and developers.
  • Are comfortable managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, leveraging the right methodologies for different scenarios.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly assessing challenges and proposing informed decisions.
  • Can navigate complexity, anticipating and mitigating potential issues ahead of time.
  • Are excellent relationship-builders, both internally and externally, to drive change and transformation.
