About the role
- Manage a high volume of email design projects from kickoff through delivery
- Own schedules, timelines, and status updates across multiple teams
- Coordinate cross-functional partners, including design, editorial, and client teams
- Lead clear, friendly, collaborative client communication and day-to-day project management
- Track progress, update statuses, feedback and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
- Identify potential issues early and proactively propose solutions
- Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure accuracy across all materials
- QC all work coming in and out, ensuring accuracy before client reviews and deliveries
- Foster a collaborative, positive working environment for internal teams****
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager, ideally in a creative and/or marketing environment
- Experience managing email, digital marketing, or design-driven projects
- Comfortable using design tools like Figma, Google Slides or other design tools (reviewing designs, tracking feedback, coordinating revisions)
- Experience using project management or data management tools like Airtable, Google docs/sheets, etc, to track projects, schedules, and assets
- Proven ability to handle high-volume work while staying organized and detail-oriented
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Comfortable managing designers and copywriters across multiple projects
- Exceptionally reliable, responsive, and accountable
