About the role
- Support Sales team through the entire pre-sales cycle
- Act as technical authority and trusted advisor for prospective customers
- Lead technical discovery, deliver product demonstrations
- Design high-level solution architectures, guide customers through evaluations
- Work closely with Sales to align solutions to customer needs
- Answer technical questions related to APIs, data flows, security, and platform capabilities
- Assist with RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation
Requirements
- ~5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions
- Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience supporting complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
- Strong presentation and demo skills
- Solid technical foundation, with experience discussing APIs, integrations, and SaaS architectures
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment
- Collaborative and sales-oriented mindset
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to improve sales motions and technical messaging
- Nice to Have: Experience with AI, automation, voice technology, or customer engagement platforms
