About the role

  • Support Sales team through the entire pre-sales cycle
  • Act as technical authority and trusted advisor for prospective customers
  • Lead technical discovery, deliver product demonstrations
  • Design high-level solution architectures, guide customers through evaluations
  • Work closely with Sales to align solutions to customer needs
  • Answer technical questions related to APIs, data flows, security, and platform capabilities
  • Assist with RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation

Requirements

  • ~5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions
  • Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience supporting complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
  • Strong presentation and demo skills
  • Solid technical foundation, with experience discussing APIs, integrations, and SaaS architectures
  • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Collaborative and sales-oriented mindset
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to improve sales motions and technical messaging
  • Nice to Have: Experience with AI, automation, voice technology, or customer engagement platforms
