About the role

  • Design, develop, and deploy complex system integrations that align with business needs
  • Translate functional requirements into scalable technical design specifications
  • Program and configure components across integrations, plug-ins, and messaging systems
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to present solution options and provide effort estimates
  • Follow established SDLC processes for coding, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation
  • Promote and apply best practices and coding standards to enhance development productivity
  • Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on systems integration
  • Expertise in Microservice Architecture, .NET 8/9, and modern integration frameworks
  • Strong understanding of client/server and database concepts
  • Experience working with IDE tools and utilities within a collaborative development environment
  • Background in Property & Casualty Insurance preferred
  • Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
