About the role
- Maintain and manage the infrastructure and tools required to support HFSL (Hastings Financial Services Limited) systems and maintain KPI’s
- Ensure system certificates and credentials are maintained and automate where possible
- Build, enhance and maintain monitoring & alerts and automation across HFSL systems
- Assist with the design and build of system integrations and API’s, coordinating integration activities where assigned
- User access management of in-scope HFSL systems
- Undertake new technology reviews and investigations to support business and IT & Change initiatives
- Work closely with the IT & Change team and business to understand and coordinate any assigned releases or upgrades
- Undertake Credit Risk and Pricing deployments to support the business
- Ensure that the quality gateways to deliver changes are followed
- Support the business in testing changes when required , including BVT’s and warranty periods
- Support and work closely with HISL IT on any relevant BCP, security, architecture/ infrastructure or compliance activities
- Record/Identify Incidents and communicate any impact to suppliers/internal team
- Manage and Co-ordinate Incidents with Suppliers and Internal Teams
- Ensure the incidents are priortised based on their impact and communicate progress internally .
Requirements
- Understanding Loans business and its system such as Onboarding, Loans Management and Collections
- Understanding of digital portals and how they function
- Understanding of AWS Cloud and Snowflake architecture
- Automation Business and process analysis
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- IT and Cloud Platform experience
- Supplier and Stakeholder Management
- Programming language - Python or Java or other similar languages
- API integration
