About the role
- Supporting the design of, building, and maintaining scalable monitoring and observability solutions
- Ensuring monitoring solutions capture business SLAs and KPIs
- Collaborating with other CIO teams for monitoring requirements
- Supporting evaluations of new capabilities in the monitoring tech stack
Requirements
- Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, monitoring & observability, or a related field
- Expert knowledge in monitoring & observability technologies, especially Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor
- Broad experience in scripting, such as JavaScript and Python
- Experience with automation tools, e.g., Azure DevOps Pipelines, Rundeck
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and adaptable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
