Platform Engineer

• Architect and evolve scalable CI/CD systems that support complex multi-product release workflows across internal and open-source platforms
• Design and build developer tooling, deployment automation, and release orchestration systems using technologies such as GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure
• Lead the engineering strategy for build pipelines, artifact management, release governance, and deployment reliability

DevOps Engineer

• Operate and improve Hedera consensus node environments across testnet, previewnet, and preproduction
• Design and implement automation-first workflows for release and preproduction environments
• Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) on GCP
• Improve change management, release safety, and operational predictability
• Participate in on-call rotation, incident response, and RCA, driving corrective actions into automation
• Partner with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders, including Hedera Governing Council members, to support operational requirements

• Own the roadmap across core Hedera services (HTS, Smart Contracts/EVM, Consensus, SDKs, Mirror Nodes)
• Partner directly with Engineering Managers and architects to co-author design docs and HIPs
• Drive product development from concept → prototype → production → iteration
• Operate in an open-source model: triage GitHub issues, engage contributors, and shape public roadmaps
• Translate real-world developer feedback into product requirements and prioritized execution
• Ensure production readiness across releases: backward compatibility, security coordination, and launch quality
• Elevate developer experience through documentation, SDK improvements, and ecosystem engagement

Director, Technical Product Management

• Lead technical accounting across complex transactions, ensuring alignment with U.S. GAAP and business objectives
• Own and elevate financial reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
• Partner cross-functionally to assess accounting implications of new initiatives, contracts, and strategic decisions
• Build and strengthen internal controls and SOX readiness, improving auditability and risk posture
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, memos, and documentation to support external audits and internal governance
• Drive process improvements and automation across accounting workflows to increase efficiency and scalability

• Own and execute the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for HashSphere and asset tokenization/markets software, from target account strategy and executive discovery through negotiation, deal closure, and delivery handoff
• Drive significant new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with large enterprises and regulated institutions, focused on the financial services sector
• Engage C-suite, technology, and innovation leaders as a trusted advisor, clearly articulating HashSphere’s value proposition and business impact
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Solutions Engineering to deliver tailored solutions and manage enterprise procurement processes
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Stay current on distributed ledger technology trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory considerations to inform sales strategy and customer conversations
